Installation and Service Technician
​​Full or Part- Time Position Available in Lewistown

Job Description:
As an OSC Installation Technician for One-Stop Communications, you are a primary point of contact with our customers and the face of our company. You will build strong customer relationships based on sincere and authentic interactions with customers while providing installation support of the communication products and services we offer.  The expectation is that you will engage our customers in a way that you will make an impression by your genuine interaction. 

You will have the opportunity to keep up with the latest technology and news. You will be involved in a detailed and organized process and a company that values continual communication and growth with rapidly changing information and technology. You should be self-motivated, but understand that you are connected to a team and support network.  When we’re all working together, we can and will be the best of the best.

You will perform the installation and service of wireless internet systems, DISH satellite TV, ViaSat satellite internet, security systems, smart home products, and other products and services offered by One-Stop Communications. 
Role & Responsibilities:
  • Effectively present products and solutions through the course of developing a relationship with our customers
  • Know the administrative aspects of the sale including, but not limited to: inventory tracking and completing the account set up and tender transaction through the point of sale
  • Stay up to date with any product, accessory, plan pricing, and promotions through continuous communications and self-learning
  • Handle customer situations and make equitable decisions for the customer and the company.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by sales management.
  • Set an example of high personal and professional conduct for employees and others.
  • Remain open to ever-changing information
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Must be age 18 and have obtained a high school diploma or GED.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to bend, reach, crawl, and work from heights up to 28ft
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 80 lbs
  • Dexterity in both hands
  • Must be able to operate electrical tools
  • Skilled in the use of hand tools
  • Ability to handle and use a 28ft fiberglass ladder
  • Ability to work in tight dark damp spaces
  • Have and maintain a clean driving record
  • Have and maintain a valid driver's license
  • Ability to problem-solve with patience and a positive perspective
  • Thorough understanding of and ability to use industry-specific tool
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong leadership abilities with an outgoing personality
  • Excellent time management and the ability to meet deadlines

Sales & Customer Service Advocate​

As a Sales and Customer Service Advocate for One-Stop Communications, you are the first point of contact with our customers and the face of our company. You will build strong customer relationships based on sincere and authentic interactions and conversations.  The expectation is that you will engage our customers in a way that you will make an impression by your genuine interaction and discovery of customer needs. You will make a match by recommending and agreeing with your customer on solutions. You will make a friend by taking the time to teach our customers about the products and services offered by One-Stop Communications.

You will have the opportunity to keep up with the latest technology and news. You will be involved in a detailed and organized process and a company that values continual communication and growth with rapidly changing information. Your sincere desire to connect with people will allow you to meet and exceed any sales goals presented. You are self-motivated but understand that you are connected to a team and support network.  When we’re all working together, we can and will be the best of the best.
