When I came in and spoke with Crissy about the Dish network programs, Crissy was excellent-she took the time to discuss what I needed and got me the details about the free HD promo, so there were no surprises. I really appreciated her knowledge and professionalism.
When the installation guys came to the house (just a couple of days later), they quickly evaluated my installation and were able to use the existing wiring and mounting position on the chimney. "This past weekend we were in the Reedsville area for a Bluegrass festival. We experienced total cell phone failure on Saturday! My phone read “inactive smart chip” and my husband’s phone died completely. We searched for a McDonald’s to use their WiFi to find an AT&T service dealer. Imagine our surprise to find one directly across the street from the McD’s! What a busy office!
We were greeted immediately by one of your employees, Sean Fluke. After explaining our “go Phone” problems, Sean took the phones, identified the problem with my husband’s phone (beyond repair), and spent at least an hour on the phone with an AT&T rep to untangle the mess regarding my account.
While he was engaged, Tami helped us pick out a new phone for my husband. Sean (a very patient and professional young man!) not only solved the problem with my account, but saved me from having to deal with the AT&T rep. Tami helped to get us on the road as soon as possible.
What a wonderful staff you have – they should be commended. If we lived in the area, we would definitely deal with your company for all our communication needs.
