From now through May 31, 2010, new and existing DISH Network customers who sign up for credit card auto pay and provide and email address will receive five pay-per-view coupons by e-mail.  

Existing DISH Network customers may sign up for credit card auto pay and provide an e-mail address through the online customer account manager at www.dishnetwork.com. If you do not already have an online customer account, you may create one (please note that your account number or receiver number is required to create an online customer account).
